About Serge

Serge has enjoyed a vast and varied career across the private, for-purpose, and government sectors. From humble beginnings as an Italian migrant growing up in a working class Melbourne suburb, Serge’s entrepreneurial nature drove his early success as a small business owner up until his decision to return to study and follow his passion for psychology.

Serge worked as a therapist for several years until he moved onto organisational psychology as a management consultant assisting companies with cultural change, leadership and team development. He worked with companies across various sectors including mining, banking, telcos and manufacturing, and across South East Asia, the Middle East and the Australian outback.

Having accumulated nearly 20 years experience as a CEO and non-executive director for not-for-profit and government organisations, Serge has built a reputation built on values-driven inclusive leadership, strong ethical underpinnings and a passion for diversity of all kinds.

Serge remains a registered psychologist and has an MBA qualification complemented with strong commercial experience. He is passionate about supporting people to be the best they can be and his own personal journey has developed a unique ability to connect with people from all walks of life.

Personally, Serge enjoys spending time with his family and friends.  He is a keen sailor, skier, and enjoys hiking and camping.
